1. Intake
Property Analysis
After you fill out our Contact Form or call us, we’ll gather vital information about you, your business and the property you’re looking to buy, sell or lease. We’ll present you with an analysis and decide if we’re a good fit to work together.
Agent Agreement
If we’re a good fit for you, you’ll sign an agreement stating you’ve contracted us as your agent.

Marketing
This is where our expertise and connections benefit you the most. We utilize a variety of tactics to find the best property, buyer or tenant for your needs.
Search & Show
If you’re buying, this is the fun part. We’ll do all the heavy lifting of searching for properties that meet your criteria and then arrange for you to come take a look.
If you’re selling, we’ll show prospective buyers the property and work our magic getting you the best sale price possible.

Offers & Negotiation
No need to worry about the legal stuff, paperwork or negotiations with the other party. We guide you through every step. We keep you informed and updated promptly and regularly throughout the process.
