He’s a competitive broker who is driven to get the best deals for his clients. Steven graduated from Brigham Young University and three-time award winning finisher of Dale Carnegie Courses. He started Daines Capital Commercial Real Estate in March 2018.

After graduating from the University of Idaho in 2024 with a degree in Business, Marketing, and Communications, Cayden began his career in commercial real estate with a focus on providing strategic guidance to business owners and investors. Raised around family-owned businesses and real estate, Cayden brings a grounded, relationship-driven approach to every transaction.

Melinda joined the Daines Capital Commercial Real Estate team in December of 2024. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, she got her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts for Film, and relocated to Spokane in 2018. With a background in Marketing for Hospitality and Residential Real Estate, she is eager and excited to step into the Commerical Real Estate business. She likes to read, write, and cuddle her fluffy cat.

Julia has recently earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University with a concentration in Finance. A consistent President’s and Dean’s List honoree and scholarship recipient, she brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to her work. Through her role as an Administrative Assistant at Gonzaga’s School of Business Administration and her experience with the Spokane Indians Baseball Club, Julia developed strong communication, organization, and client service skills in fast-paced environments. With a solid foundation in finance, customer service, and team collaboration, she approaches every opportunity with professionalism and thoughtful dedication.
