Open Position - Administrative Internship

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Intern to assist with day-to-day operations, client support, and is ready to learn the ins and outs of real estate as well as learn how to multiply & grow business. We are seeking a high integrity individual who wants to gain real world experience in the real estate landscape.
This internship provides hands-on training in real estate administration and office operations. You’ll work closely with our team to organize client records, manage schedules, and help streamline internal processes. It’s perfect for individuals who are organized, reliable, and interested in learning how real estate businesses operate behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Assist with client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups
Update and maintain CRM systems and client databases
Help organize meetings and property showing schedules
Support the team with anything that may be asked
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Interest in real estate operations or office management
Trustworthy & dependable
Eager to learn and contribute in a team environment
Scheduling and Event planning experience is a plus
Valid Driver’s License
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
