At Daines Capital Commercial Real Estate, we’re excited to share another successful lease transaction at 1701 W. Prairie Ave. in Hayden, Idaho. After months of collaboration and negotiations, Suite 104 has officially been leased to Edward Jones, a nationally recognized financial services firm.

This new lease marks another milestone for the property and reinforces the continued demand for high-quality professional office space in the rapidly growing Coeur d’Alene and Hayden market.

This transaction is a great example of the value of persistence and partnership throughout the leasing process. While the deal took time to come together, our team remained committed to working closely with Edward Jones as they navigated their internal approval process and corporate chain of command.

With the lease agreement finalized, construction on Edward Jones’ custom office buildout is already underway. The new space will be designed to support their financial advising services and create a welcoming environment for clients in the Hayden and greater North Idaho community.

The firm is scheduled to commence operations and officially move into Suite 104 on September 1, 2026.
