We’re excited to share that Daines Capital was recently featured in the Coeur d’Alene Press for an upcoming commercial development that will soon be coming to the highly sought-after Riverstone District in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

The project will bring a new 7,500 square foot mixed-use commercial building to 1570 W. Tilford Lane, located near the entrance to Riverstone Park and just minutes from Downtown Coeur d’Alene. This growing area continues to attract new businesses, visitors, and residents thanks to its walkable layout, surrounding amenities, and proximity to major traffic corridors.

Riverstone has become one of Coeur d’Alene’s most vibrant mixed-use districts, known for its combination of restaurants, retail, offices, entertainment, and waterfront recreation. With nearby hotels, the Centennial Trail, parks, and strong year-round activity, the area provides an ideal setting for businesses looking to establish a presence in a high-demand market.

This new development will add another dynamic commercial space to the district, helping support the continued growth of Riverstone and the surrounding community.

The planned building will feature 7,500 square feet of mixed-use space, including:

  • A main restaurant space, which has already been leased

  • An approximately 1,500 SF restaurant or coffee shop space available for lease

  • A 1,100 SF retail or office suite on the ground floor

  • Around 700 SF of executive office space on the second floor

The remaining spaces are currently being marketed for lease by Daines Capital, offering opportunities for restaurants, cafés, boutique retail concepts, and professional office users looking to join one of Coeur d’Alene’s most active districts.

The project is scheduled to break ground in May 2026, with construction expected to be completed and tenants taking occupancy in Spring 2027.

The development team includes Stancraft Construction Group, serving as the general contractor, and Eric Hedlund Design, LLC, providing architectural services. Both companies are based in Coeur d’Alene and bring strong local experience to the project.
