Barker Rd. in Spokane Valley, WA—a growing, high-demand corridor for industrial and flex space in the Inland Northwest.
The Spokane Journal article highlights two industrial warehouse developments underway in Spokane County, including the multi-phase project at Barker Road that Daines Capital is actively leasing. This development represents a significant investment in Spokane Valley’s industrial infrastructure, with two new flex warehouse buildings currently under construction, each valued at approximately $2.5 million. This project builds on the success of Phase One, which delivered three 11,700-square-foot buildings—all designed to meet the growing demand for flexible industrial space. Construction on the first phase began in March 2025, and the momentum has continued ever since.
The Barker Road development is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of users—from contractors and service providers to light manufacturing and distribution businesses.

Once completed, the full development will include seven total buildings and approximately 111,900 square feet of industrial space across a 10-acre site. Future phases are already in the pipeline, including plans for two additional 18,000-square-foot buildings, further reinforcing the long-term vision and growth potential of this location. Located along the Barker Road corridor, this site offers excellent accessibility and proximity to I-90, making it an ideal hub for logistics, service-based businesses, and regional distribution.
