The timing worked out perfectly. We were able to bring everyone together on a lease agreement in time for Emerald Therapeutic Massage to begin their tenancy on October 1st.
We’re thrilled to welcome Emerald Therapeutic Massage to their new location and to have successfully leased approximately half of the available space. This transaction is also a great reminder of the value of starting the leasing process early. By marketing the property months ahead of the anticipated vacancy, we were able to identify an incoming tenant and secure an agreement right as the previous tenancy was coming to an end.
