We’re excited to share that Daines Capital Commercial Real Estate was recently featured in the Journal of Business for our upcoming Class A industrial showroom/flex development located at 22421 E. Appleway in Liberty Lake, WA.
As the Liberty Lake and Spokane Valley markets continue to grow, demand for modern industrial and flex space remains incredibly strong — and this project was designed specifically to meet that need.

The company will utilize the space as a central warehouse for regional equipment and supplies. The project is being constructed by Divcon Inc., with JRA Architecture & Planning serving as the project applicant.
